Luca Neroni

I have been in the Fitness Industry for 25 years. First, as a trainee, involved in Martial Arts and weight training, and later as an Instructor. I enjoyed the first part of this journey, but even more so I love the second part, as an instructor!

I have my way of working out with people and I get results. I believe that being fit is a way of life, mentally and physically and my aim is to spread this philosophy.
