Hour of Power® Featured Class - Charity Hour of Power® Class

Special Hour of Power® charity class will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2015 (1pm-3 pm) to raise funds for the children’s cancer charity ‘Candle Lighters’ (Visite www.candlelighters.org.uk for more info about ‘Candle Lighters’)

Event will be led by HOP® Instructor Zoe Charles and it is an open day so ALL ARE WELCOME!

Everyone who attends will be entered into a raffle and can win a HOP® signed DVD.

COST: £10 (all proceeds go to charity!)

LOCATION: Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre, Rawlinson Rd, Aldershot, Hampshire GU11 2LQ.
(It is a private gym being opened to the public for the charity event.)
