My HOP® journey started a year ago and I had heard so many good things about this workout via FB that I knew I had to try it. For someone that doesn’t like exercise after my first class with Aimee I felt amazing! I knew then I was addicted to it…it is very rewarding and my body shape has changed so much along with my fitness levels! I find myself looking forward to every class now and I do extra squats and supermans when not at class!!

My HOP® journey started in 2014. After working out in the gym for years, I needed to do something new and exciting. Thinking I was super fit I did my first HOP® class and I can honestly say it really is a full body workout! Fast forward twelve months and I have lost 2 inches off each thigh and 1.5 inches off my bum. If you are looking for something that truly gives you a full body workout whilst having fun then try HOP®.
I’ve been attending HOP® for the last year. In that time I’ve seen lots of changes in my body. I’m now the strongest I’ve ever been, I feel fit and look toned. It is a brilliant workout, anybody can do it (we’re all at different levels). It’s hard but really good fun and Aimee is fantastic! After every session I leave feeling really positive and that in itself is worth all the hard work!
I’ve never enjoyed exercise, but really miss Hour of Power® if I can’t make the class!! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength and stamina since I started and love the feeling of achievement I get after every workout. I’m hooked!!!
