I started attending HOP classes over 10 years ago and got hooked very quickly. For me it has completely changed my fitness levels, I can run further and faster, my muscles are leaner and more defined and physically feel so much stronger.
The massive benefit of the HOP is that it requires minimal time investment so really effective if you are a busy professional with limited time. It has helped me get the strength, agility and determination to face most if not all things in life, including my biggest love which is surfing. It left me inspired to pass the word on and start my journey as an instructor.
