Ben Whatnall

Ben, a keen fitness enthusiast and Fitness4x4 advocate, currently is not taking regular classes but in his spare time still keeps a strong Fitness4x4 core to his workout schedule. He is available as a class cover teacher.

Most of the time Ben is operating his other business interests but in the past has helped run classes for a family fitness business.
