I started fitness training at the age of 15 and since then, it has always played a part in my life.
After having my 2 children and taking a short break from training, I decided to dedicate a little more time to get my fitness and ‘pre-baby’ body back.
I joined my local gym and was introduced to The Hour of Power. I have never looked back. The results were instant from the first class, not so much physically but my mindset changed! I felt focused, energised, full of vitality, yet bizarrely relaxed! After only 4-6 weeks, my fitness levels had risen and I was noticing some physical signs of muscle gain and tone.
After 3 years of participating in class and after a move out of the area, I could no longer attend class. I was distraught and although I was still training in the gym, my body was changing shape. So, I looked into becoming a HOP instructor…after 5 months, I am now a fully qualified HOP trainer and looking to set up in Cheshire.
