I have been teaching Hour of Power for more than 5 years, having been introduced to the class in my teens. I have used it as an important part of my training for over 7 years. Due to the qualities of class, I have encouraged many of my personal training clients to do the same.
I am highly passionate about fitness, having spent a great deal of time teaching fitness classes and delivering Personal Training sessions. I have learned a great deal about fitness from personal experience, and am trained in sports psychology, allowing a natural empathy for class-goers of all levels of experience.
