Fiona Goldsmith

My introduction to the Hour of Power was via the HOP® Workout DVD, exercising in my front room overlooking Loch Long on the West coast of Scotland. I was inspired to take the instructors course and qualified in 2011. It was then that I experienced the energy of the class for the first time.

For my full-time occupation, I manage an exclusive spa and leisure venue where we have had wonderful feedback from the classes I’ve been running for members. Having recently got married, I found the intensity of Hour of Power a successful antidote to bridal boot camps!

I am close to completing my diploma in Advanced Personal Training and will be looking to launch HOP® in my area very soon. Watch this space!
