I love teaching HOP®. It is constantly a favourite amongst the members of our club and we have a lot of fun in the classes.
I worked previously as a scuba diving instructor, but settled back in England when I had my daughter. I have always enjoyed fitness, and found it important to be physically fit, strong and healthy. It seemed a natural progression to work in the Fitness industry as my new path.
I have been working as a personal trainer, teaching fitness classes for years now and love my job! I teach HOP®, Spin, Pump, Box and Abs, Kettlebells, Combat, Body conditioning and Tabata. My clients vary massively in age, abilities and goals. I enjoy working to find what makes people tick, unlocking their fire, harnessing this, guiding and encouraging them along their path. I aim to make classes or sessions challenging, yet achievable and fun, no matter your level of fitness.
I have made many friends along the way and it makes my day to see what people are able to achieve, physically and mentally, through what I do.
