Having taken up going to Hour of Power classes more than two years ago, on the recommendation of a friend, I really did get in to the energy and the motivation of the class and eventually realised that I wanted to complete the instructors course so that I could bring the class to my swimming club. I could immediately see the movement synergy the workout had with all swimming strokes and the potential for this to be land-training for the club swimmers.

For more than a year I have been teaching successful Hour of Power classes for young people and adults alike, mainly built around the swimmers and their friends/family, but open also to non-club members and anyone looking to transform their fitness.
