I discovered the Hour of Power Workout back in 2012 when I was a member of Active4Less in Hove. The studio manager Anette Cerabino inspired me to want to become an instructor of this method as I found the class and the style of teaching to be really suited to me.
I previously worked with the elderly and had enjoyed doing so for many years. As a progression to my hobby, I decided to train for the Level 2 Gym Instructors qualification, I then found myself moving on to take my Exercise to Music and soon become REPs qualified.
I strongly believe the Hour of Power gives you the total package to achieve total body fitness. I have seen a lot of training methods, I have also been a participant in many classes, however, I have found the Fitness4x4® methods of training to be the most effective and time-efficient of all. And that is why I am passionate about teaching it.
