Having reached a fitness level plateau in 2005, Jude was introduced to the Hour of Power class. Within 2 months and doubling her strength and stamina, she was hooked! Originally Jude’s interest in Hour of Power was for personal development, however, inspired by a senior Instructor, she began to teach the first classes in Scotland, in 2007.
With a passion for health, fitness and a special interest in nutrition, Jude continues to add to her experience and qualifications in the fitness industry. In recent years, she has brought her business skills to the Hour of Power/Fitness4x4 organisations, helping them grow from strength to strength.
