HOP® is such a fantastic ‘all-rounder’ fitness class and I am so loving teaching it as well as being in a class as a participant!
I grew up in the countryside with horses and have always been active with climbing, biking, running, riding and loving the outdoors. When I left college into the working arena as a PA I felt suffocated and so when I had children I opted to change my career and haven’t
looked back since! Over 15 years now training clients, teaching classes – spin, vibe cycle, swiss ball, body conditioning, circuits, power plates, stretch and relax, pure core, Body Balance and working with kids right through to clients well into their 80’s!
I really enjoy being part of clients journeys in finding their strengths, confidence, achieving their goals whilst having fun. Hour of Power embodies all I believe and enjoy in a class and I love it!
