I am a qualified Power Yoga teacher, Personal Trainer and Nutrition & Weight Management Specialist, HOP – Hour of Power instructor, Pre and Post natal yoga teacher, Mum and baby yoga and massage teacher and I have been teaching for nearly 10 years in both the UK and Dubai. I teach private clients as well as holding group sessions and classes at all levels of ability. I hold a City + Guilds qualification with REPs Level 3 status covering everything from anatomy, physiology, nutrition, weight management, torso training, core stability and nutrition for sport and exercise. I am also adding Pilates to my course.
I have competed in many running events during and since school such as 10k’s for animal and cancer charities, London Half Marathon in 1 hr 39 mins for a charity supporting disabled children. I have trained in contemporary dance and many different styles of yoga such as Bikram, Ashtanga and Hatha. I have held Yoga Workshops and have been teaching all over Dubai at various Studios.
