The Hour of Power class has been very much a part of my life from as far back as 1985, from the very beginning of its creation when I took part in the class 2-3 times a week and then gradually started teaching the class as an instructor shortly after. I spent 2 years in Lahore, Pakistan working as the Health and Fitness Manager. I also wrote an article on fitness each week for the supplement of a Sunday newspaper for 18 months.
What I love about the Hour of Power class is that it has enabled me to stay so fit in my old age and be able to take part in activities and do reasonably well without any training, such as the 100km Chiltern Challenge Bike Ride I will be taking part in. I also love the feeling of going into an Hour of Power class after a day’s work feeling absolutely exhausted and afterwards come out of the class feeling rejuvenated and full of energy.
