Having been exposed to high-performance levels in multiple sports from a young age it has always been a part of who I am. Such a lifelong interest let to completing my BSc in Sport Science at Brunel University. My expertise in physiology ventures to professional football having worked with championship side Brentford FC as a sport scientist. This was supplemented by extensive work with the ECB working with semi-professional cricket clubs as a strength and conditioning coach.

I cover a wide variety of grassroots, elite and university level athletes. After completing work to this standard I wanted to get more involved in one on one conditioning. My career has seen me become heavily involved in corporate health and wellbeing as I am the health and wellbeing advisor to the Bank of England on Threadneedle Street, London.

Having expressed a big interest in Research I am now enrolled to study Medicine at UCL specialising in sport, exercise and health starting September 2014. This is setting the platform to expand my horizons and gain essential experience to offer the best possible help whatever the situation.

I first discovered HOP® when Rajko personally introduced me to the workout at Brunel University. Since then I have become an instructor and helped a whole host of people become as passionate as I am. My own personal injuries (dislocated shoulder and torn rotator cuff) have since been a thing of the past thanks to HOP®!

I teach within the Bank of England year-round and at Brunel University in term time. If you have any questions or requests or want to talk about nutrition and programming drop me an email and I’ll be more than happy to help.
