I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and have actively taught a number of popular fitness classes including Insanity, Spinning, Boxing, Pump and Cross-fit. Although I have loved teaching such a variety of classes, I was yet to find a class that I was really passionate about and truly believed in. The HOP® offers exactly that, and so much more, for myself and my clients. To this day I am just as passionate about teaching the workout as my very first HOP® class, and in terms of client response, it is definitely the most popular class that we offer at the gym where I work from, offering 7 classes a week which are always fully booked.
In February 2015 I was approved by Fitness4x4 Ltd to launch my own HOP® Franchise in the Oxfordshire area and I now look forward to expanding and sharing this ‘Ultimate Workout’.
