I first came across HOP® in March 2014. My wife started attending classes in January and was pushing me to give it a go. I was actually fairly fit but had weight to lose.
I began attending the classes run by Ian & Julie Howell in Red Lodge with my wife and was hooked after my first class.
December 2014 came around and following a discussion with Ian Howell about my progress, I found myself attending the instructors course. Something I never envisaged doing.
Almost a year later 2 stone lighter and now a qualified instructor I’m even more addicted to HOP®.
One thing I still find amazing is the sheer energy and enthusiasm from the individuals that attend the classes.
My full-time job is demanding and prohibits me from being able to commit to running classes of my own, so I act as a support instructor to other instructors in East Anglia.
In summary, HOP® simply works. Try it, but be prepared to get hooked.
