Working as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Biology, the University of Belgrade I have realized that today’s modern lifestyle imposes a need for some kind of recreational and stress-relief activities. What is also evident is that the fitness industry has overwhelmed us with dozens of competing workout programs, many of which are based simply on what people think they want rather than on what is actually most beneficial for the average person.
Looking for an activity which would be interesting and challenging enough, I first discovered HOP® when a friend of mine introduced me to Dragan Radovic’s (the Fitness4x4 Founder) small Fitness4x4 club here in Belgrade. I quickly found it to be the most effective and time-efficient method of training I had ever encountered. I also had the opportunity to go deeper into the Fitness4x4 training philosophy with the founder of the class himself.
After participating in regular HOP® classes for more than three years and completing the course for an “Operative trainer for the group fitness programs” at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Belgrade, I finally decided to take the Instructor Certification Course and ultimately started to teach the HOP®. That was how my journey began and now I am eager to share the HOP® training method with other people in Belgrade and Serbia. Let’s work together to achieve a healthier life!
