I first came across HOP® in June 2013. I began to attend a class in Red Lodge that was run by a husband and wife team Ian and Julie Howell.
I knew I had weight to shift and after crawling out of my first class I knew it was going to work. After a year and 3 stone lighter, I wanted to share this fantastic full-body workout with everyone too.
I still get that excited feeling every time I hear that powerful music start and I feel awesome every time it finishes.
My best bit? … The atmosphere and sheer energy level in every class!
