I have been in the fitness industry all my life. At school, I took up badminton and gained a true passion for the sport very quickly. After just a few years I became a professional badminton player and a member of the Polish National Team.
I currently enjoy participating in Bikram Yoga classes, as well as endurance events such as Ironman triathlons, full and half marathons. I have found these events not only physically, but mentally challenging. As a result of such events, I have also learned how important it is to recover and avoid potential injury. My next aim is to compete in more Ironman events.
My journey with Hour of Power started in 2008. I enjoyed participating in regular classes for 2 years before I became a certified instructor. To me, Hour of power is the only class I find challenging and this is the reason I never get bored with it. It also compliments both my Triathlon training and my Yoga practice, and this is important to me.
I have also found that regular Hour of Power Classes have helped me to achieve a high level of fitness in a relatively short time.
