I started HOP® in 2014 with Julie and Ian Howell and loved it so much that after some time I decided I wanted to find a way to give back what I had got out of it – which was to get much fitter and healthier while enjoying myself! It was for this reason that I decided I would like to train to become a certified instructor.

I have been riding racehorses in Newmarket for 28 years and owned horses all my life, I keep myself fit through my job and love being outdoors. Currently, I am not planning on launching my own HOP® classes but rather intend to provide professional cover for East Anglian HOP® as a whole, for whichever class or instructor is in need.

I ‘HOP’ 5 times a week in Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket and love watching people get more confident as they progress week by week.
