I’ve got my University friends to thank for introducing me to Hour of Power® at Loughborough University and for Saul Taylor and Rajko Radovic for running these sessions so professionally back in 2003.
Since then I was keeping relatively fit through football and running but then in 2014, I got reunited back with the Hour of Power® and now use it as my main programme to stay fit and healthy. I train two or three times a week, using Hour of Power® and other Fitness4x4 methods.
Hour of Power® has helped me take my fitness to the next level. I especially value the way that you can monitor improvement easily, the way each class is a personal test, that it is suitable for all fitness levels and the mental benefits you get from doing the class. My aim is to keep training for as long as my body permits me to do so!
Now living in Istanbul, I want to introduce the class to as many people as possible. I would like to see this method of fitness expand in Turkey and I’m confident that people can get a lot out of the Fitness4x4 techniques.
