Most original and enjoyable exercise class

I didn’t know what to expect from my first HOP® class, I found it daunting starting a new class but I love it! A few thoughts entered my head for example what if I’m not fit enough for that class.

All those thoughts went clean out the window as soon as it started. You start on weights that are comfortable for you, get the routine and once you are happy to move up on weights. I started on 1.5 kg and now I am on 2 kg but I am doing this comfortably, time for a change I think. You go at your own pace, the class is great fun and surrounded by people who all started at the start and built their way up.

Carrie is a great teacher and ensures that every one is doing it right to ensure the maximum benefit. I really recommend the class. It’s for people who are looking to tone and losing weight. Enjoy!

Hour of Power is the most original and enjoyable exercise class I’ve ever done, and I’ve tried them all! After a very slow recovery from a running injury I was feeling very tentative about my return to it without doing a little extra strength training for my legs. After speaking of Carrie she had me hooked on HOP® before I even started the class.

I look forward to the class every week. Never before have I done anything that felt like such a complete workout, you walk out of each class really feeling like you’ve accomplished something and my confidence has really begun to soar since starting. The style of the class really encourages you to push yourself, better squats, heavier weights and the held squat that’s a little bit longer each week.

Carrie’s exuberance and lively banter throughout the class really helps us through the tough bits and the great atmosphere and collective energy from the whole group really makes it the fastest and funnest hour of my week.
