Hour of Power® is a workout that encourages the individual to zone-in completely on themselves. Their breathing, their focus, their performance, their experience. And yet, it is first and foremost intended as a group workout experience, not a solo endeavour. Which is why as Instructors we need to create a positive environment of INTER-CONNECTICITY.
