I have been doing Hour of Power for the last 18 months and I am totally hooked!
Our instructor, Gordon makes everyone feel welcome in the class and provides great advice and encouragement on both technique and the recommended weights to use. I originally started going to one class a week but quickly built myself up to a second class. Due to demand this year a third class was introduced and if at all possible I like to fit the three classes in. Before I started HOP® I use to do a lot of running but never got the results that I get from HOP® (increased fitness levels, weight loss, toned arms, legs and a stronger core).
HOP® is a very challenging workout and I feel it complements my other weekly exercise interests. During an HOP® Class your mind becomes clear as all your efforts go into concentrating on the workout and you find yourself leaving re-energised and invigorated. I would recommend HOP® to every one of all fitness levels – an enjoyable workout with a great instructor and with great results.
