Best on so many levels
I tried Hour Of Power for the first time around 18 months ago. I was already doing Bodypump which was the class that started straight after the Hour Of Power.
What intrigued me about it was the amount of people I would see packed into the class each week as I was waiting around for it to finish. I decided to see for myself why it was so popular and gave it a try. Ever since then I haven’t looked back. I’ve integrated it into my weekly routine and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so fit, both in body and mind. It really does put you through your paces. It is, after all the total body workout and once you try it, you’ll see why. On top of the obvious health benefits, everyone in the class is really friendly, encouraging and the instructors are really enthusiastic and dedicated, which is great for motivation. ON top of this the music is specially developed for the class, and as a consequence is much more pumping than the usual rubbish you get in gym classes.
I always recommend Hour Or Power to anyone who wants to get fit. It really is the best on so many levels, hands down.
