Brighouse, Yorks
I’m in my fourth year of teaching Hour of Power. I have been a franchisee in my local community in Brighouse since the start of the year and classes are expanding fast.
I recently led the charity class at BMW where we raised £400.
All the Brighouse clients are a lively bunch and regularly say they do not want to miss their regular HOP® fix!
Through my support from the HOP® network the class is gradually finding its way into the community and I am expecting classes to grow rapidly. As we all know HOP® is a lifestyle and once you HOP® you can’t stop!!!
“I’ve never been that interested in group exercise classes but I really enjoy HOP® because it’s great fun, the music and atmosphere is brilliant and it’s really improving my fitness and working every part of my body”

About Graham Wheatcroft
Graham worked with Master Instructor Rajko Radovic in 2011 to organise an official Guinness World Record Breaking Hour of Power: 978 students from a local school took part in the class.
I discovered Hour of Power whilst studying Fine Art Sculpture at Loughborough University back in 1999 and have been teaching the class myself for the last three years.
I find every HOP® class takes the mind and body on a journey and leaves you feeling fantastic, energised and focused.
